Work Life Program

The Work Life Program provides meaningful, individualised capacity building activities so young people can achieve their employment goals and will assist participants to gain confidence to enter the workforce.

Work Life is an innovative and interactive program aiming to help the young people from our community gain confidence, independence and water cooler conversation skills.

Work Life will focus on key areas listed below and will be delivered by our very own skilled peer mentors and support workers.

 

Learning Blocks 2023:

  • Social Core activities

  • Communication in a business setting

  • Personal presentation and personal hygiene

  • Teamwork and teambuilding 

  • Computer literacy and online presence 

  • Travel training and travel independence
